Start at the Beginning

I've decided to motivate myself to workout more often by having a project. I adore the British television show "Time Team". They made it for 20 years, so there are hundreds of episodes and specials. Most episodes are about 45-50 minutes long, which is great for exercise. I'll be watching the episodes in order, and posting commentary about episodes and my exercise journey. To be truly fit, I need to lose 30.5 British Pounds Sterling. It will take a long time, but it is nice to know I'll have the wonderful people and history of Time Team Britain to keep me company. I'm off now to watch Season 1, Episode 1 - The Guerrilla Base of the King (Alfred the Great) filmed in Athelney, Somerset.
